How do priests and deacons sync their Mass schedule?
Priests and deacons can easily access and sync their scheduled liturgies without needing to manually copy dates:
1. Direct Calendar Subscriptions
Priests can subscribe directly on their iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android phone, or Outlook:
- Navigate to Calendar > Subscribe (
/calendar/subscribe). - Select Presider Schedule.
- Click the one-click subscribe button for Apple or Google Calendar (or copy your private subscription link).
- Any new Mass assignments or swaps made in CatholicOffice sync to their phone in real time.
2. Shareable Sacristy & Staff Web Link
Parishes can share a live web view with visiting priests, sacristans, and music directors without requiring them to log in:
- In the Presider Schedule header, click Copy Public Link.
- This page always displays the latest celebrant, concelebrant, and deacon assignments with liturgical colors and ranks.
