How do parents register online for Baptism?

CatholicOffice provides each parish with a secure, self-service Public Baptism Registration URL to share with parents inquiring about infant or child baptism.

  1. Go to Baptism Files (/baptism-files) or Settings > Baptism Requirements.
  2. Click Copy Public Registration Link to copy your parish’s unique private registration URL.
  3. Place this link on your parish website’s Sacraments page, church bulletin, or email it directly to parents.

What Parents See & Submit

  • Child Information: Name, DOB, birth city, and digital upload of State Birth Certificate.
  • Parents & Godparents: Contact details, church attendance, and Catholic marriage status.
  • Automated Routing: Once submitted, the system creates a new Baptism File in your parish dashboard and alerts parish staff.
