How do I sync parish events to my iPhone, Google Calendar, or Outlook?

You can subscribe to live CatholicOffice calendar feeds so parish events, ministry meetings, or priest presider schedules update automatically on your phone or personal calendar app.

Subscribing to Calendar Feeds

  1. In the navigation bar, go to Calendar > Subscribe (/calendar/subscribe).
  2. Choose your subscription feed:
    • Full Parish Calendar: All approved parish events.
    • Specific Ministry: Only events belonging to a particular ministry (e.g., Youth Ministry, Knights of Columbus).
    • Presider Schedule: Liturgical Mass assignments for priests and deacons.
  3. Click Copy Subscription URL (or click the Subscribe via Apple Calendar / Google Calendar button).

Adding to Your Device

  • Apple Calendar (iOS / Mac): Open Calendar > File > New Calendar Subscription > Paste the URL > Set Auto-refresh to Every Hour.
  • Google Calendar: On the web, click Other calendars (+) > From URL > Paste the URL.
  • Microsoft Outlook: Go to Calendar > Add Calendar > Subscribe from web > Paste the URL.
